The Braintree Education Association is the professional organization
of 550 educators and support personnel that serves the children and the
community of Braintree. It includes:
- Unit A - Teachers, Guidance Counselors, School Psychologists
- Unit B - Administrators
- Unit C - Nurses
- Unit D - Secretaries
- Unit E - Paraeducators
- Unit F - Title I
- Unit G - Occupational and Physical Therapists
- Unit H - Occupational and Physical Therapist Assistants
The BEA is affiliated with the Norfolk County Teachers Association (NCTA),
The Massachusetts Teachers Association (MTA) and the National Education
Association (NEA).
